Hey there… *waves*

I’m back from Germany… just came back about 2 hours ago and first took a shower… I needed that… after 2 nights without ANY sleep… well *lol*

But before I even start to write about my experiences, let me tell you, that was maybe the MOST AMAZING time I’ve EVER had… with a “celebrity”… and I REALLY mean EVER. The people who know me at least for a short time know that this was BY FAR not the first time I met a celebrity but it was the best thing that happened to me like forever. I NEVER felt THIS appreciated at all… but let’s just start at the beginning…

On Sunday around 5.30 p.m. I left home by car to get to the train station Wiener Neustadt. When I arrived there around 6 p.m. I thought I’m going crazy. Not only was there like a 1,000 people – no – they shout and sang and most of them smelled A LOT like alcohol. The reason was a soccer game that took place in Wiener Neustadt. Great… -___- Not only that I had to stay in this crowd of drunken soccer-fans – no – they shortly afterwards announced that my train to Vienna would be 15 minutes late… I was REALLY scared to miss my train from Vienna to Cologne because of this and was soooo relieved when I finally was at the train station Vienna West about 10 minutes before the departure and finally sat in my cabin on my seat… It was a cabin for 6 people and 4 others except me had booked a place in there… so a cabin for 6 for 5 people… no chance to use 2 seats to at least stretch a bit… it was VERY tight and let me tell you this: I didn’t get much sleep at all this night… and not even because I was nervous, but because it was just soo tight…

I arrived at Cologne train station like 10 minutes early and because I arranged something with an old “friend” of mine (Kerstin), who I hadn’t seen in about 7 years, I waited at the McDonalds restaurant for her. She arrived 5 minutes later and so we sat down in McDonalds and I hate some breakfast :-)

Afterwards Kerstin should have gone to university for a lecture but since she forgot her train ticket at home she decided she rather spends some more time with me ;-) So we left McDonalds and went outside… First we went into the “Kölner Dom” (a biiiiiiiiiiig church *lol*) and afterwards we did some shopping…

BAD bad thing *lol* We went to “Media Markt” and I found this DVD of the movie “Save me”… with Robert Gant and Chad Allen… one of my VERY favourite movies… for only 9.90… which is REALLY cheap… I downloaded this movie around 2 years ago, but I was always searching for the Original DVD and now I finally have it… I couldn’t resist buying it… I’ve never seen the DVD here in Austria, so yeah… it was a “now or never” thing and I decided for now =D

(Kerstin and me)

Around 12.30 Kerstin decided to go back home to get some lunch with her family, so we went back to train station, took some pictures on the way to get there and shortly afterwards she entered her train and I was alone again…

(Kölner Dom)

A LOT of time to kill, so what should I do? I ran around for a while until all of sudden I saw this hair dresser with this BIG ad in the window: EVERYTHING FOR 15.00 EUROs. I wanted to go to the hairdresser for MONTHS now, but it’s SO expensive here… between 60 and 75 bucks… So before I realized myself what I was doing I sat on this chair and got my hair done… the hairdresser didn’t cut much of the length at all (because I didn’t want to), but she made me bangs… you know I NEVER before had bangs, and at first it looked and even felt strange… it still does a little bit, but I guess, I’ll just have to get used to it ;-)

Well… around 2 p.m. I finally took the train from Cologne to Aachen where I arrived around 3 p.m. I took the bus to the “Elisengallerie” where the “Grenzland-Theater” is and at first looked where exactly to find it… which wasn’t a big deal at all… but I noticed the wouldn’t open until 5 p.m. so again 2 hours to “kill” *lol*

I then started “running around” again and because I got REALLY hungry with the time, I decided to eat a little something and sat down in this Bistro where I drank a cup of tea and ate some noodles… DELICIOUS… DE-LI-CI-OUS… really… but VERY expensive O__O but at least I enjoyed my meal *lol*

(My cup of tea *lol* They looked at me very strange when I took a picture of my tea, but it was good :P)

Because it was only 4 p.m. and the theatre (like I wrote before) wouldn’t open before 5, I ran around a little longer, went to some shop called “Kaufhof” and “killed” another hour there.

I then went back to “Elisengallerie” and Grenzlandtheater where they were just about to open their doors… I went in and explained to the nice lady there that I already paid my theatre ticket online and she handed it to me after like 2 minutes of searching *lol*

(That was the picture you could see from outside the Grenzland-Theater I love this picture... especially now, where I know the scene ;-))

Before I decided to go drink something I asked the nice lady about Timo and explained her my “situation”… she was pretty nice and very understanding and told me, that she will write a note for Timo and put it into his wardrobe, so that he will see it before the play starts, that he knows that I’m there and the she also explained to me how to get to the “actor entrance” where I could wait after the play, if the “note-thing” won’t work… So I first looked for it (which wasn’t too hard to find at all) and then I sat down at the bar opposite to Grenzlandtheater to drink some Coke and tea again ;-)

(Elisen-Gallerie from the outside =D)

(The "Elisen Brunnen" [a fountain] which looks totally great =D)

(That's the Grenzlandtheatre from the bar where I was drining my coke... very close ;-))

Around 7 p.m. I went back to the theatre (the play would start at 8 p.m.) and sat down on one of the waiting benches and then all of sudden Solveig August entered the front door… I saw her on all of those pictures which were hanging on the walls in the theatre (I even made pictures of them) and I recognized her immediately… She is Timo’s “play-partner”… the Play was about a man and a woman writing some e-mails and falling for each other through this e-mails, so it was just the two of them… Solveig and Timo…

I saw Solveig talking to the woman *I* talked before and then I heard them saying Timo’s name, but I didn’t give a dam to be honest… I thought they were talking about the play or she was asking if Timo’s already there… whatever… *lol* Solveig then entered the auditorium and not even 2 minutes later the door opened again and Timo came out, looking directly at me, walking towards me.

Seriously. It was like my heart stopped beating at this very moment. He shook my hand, looking into my eyes and said “Hi! Timo!” (short for “I’m Timo *lol*) I stared at him barely able to speak… barely getting my name said. I was shaking in this moment. All of sudden I became totally nervous. Timo then told me that he’s preparing for his play and doesn’t have time for me right now and asked me if it would be okay, to talk AFTER the play. Of COURSE it was. H e then asked me if I have enough time afterwards so that I don’t miss my train, but I told him, that the last train from Aachen to Cologne would go at 11.50, so PLENTY of time… so he said good-bye again and went back into the auditorium.

I was totally nervous, trying to reach some friends on the phone, but well: No one even answered *lol* So I wrote some SMS to do at least SOMETHING and made some pictures of the black/white images on the walls and the time until 8 p.m. passed REALLY quickly…

(The pictures which were on the walls... I loved them ;-))

Then the audience was allowed to go in. My seat was in row 2 the 3rd seat. On Solveig’s side :P the stage was parted in 2… a red and a green part. Timo’s was the green one, but well. Since the theatre wasn’t THIS big I had a good view on Timo too ;-)

The play itself was ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT and funny and not only me but the whole audience loved it… In the end the applause didn’t stop for a few minutes and so Solveig and Timo came back on the stage bowing like 10 times… I don’t know… a couple of times definitely… It was just great and I REALLY think the two of them deserved it… you know, this all sounds “very easy”… like writing some e-mails, but how they did it… and it was SO much text… and they both transported the emotions just great… I even got frightened when Timo all of sudden took this chair and threw it away… *lol* They did a damn great job and I loved EVERY single minute of the play

When it was over I took my code from the wardrobe and waited for a few moments, but since they wanted to “lock” the theatre I decided to go out to the “actor’s entrance”… which I did… and really… that was timing… the moment I got there, Solveig and Timo were just about to leave. They said good-bye to each other and then Solveig was gone and Timo and me were alone… He greeted me again… shook my hand, and then asked me if I would like to drink something with him… and of course I wanted. So we sat down in this bar I already was before and ordered. I ordered some team (because I was already really cold) and he got some drink called “Radler”… which is beer mixed with some herb lemonade…

Then Timo and I started talking and I don’t know why but all of sudden I wasn’t nervous anymore. Not at all. I just felt totally comfortable around Timo and it wasn’t as if he was a “star” and I’m “just” a fan. It was more like 2 people getting to know each other… at least a little bit. We talked about sooooooooooo much and asked each other questions, even had some laughs and joked around. Like Timo saying “cheap hairdressers aren’t really good” and me answering “All right, I look terrible, right?” – because we talked about me getting to the hairdresser… *lol* He laughed, put his hand on my arm and told me, that he didn’t mean ME of course ;-) and that there are exceptions…

I also had a little “present” for Timo… some “Mozartkugeln” (Chocolat with Nougat and marzipan) and when I gave them to him he all of sudden said he has something for me too. I was like: O___O asking “Really? For me?” and he smiled and gave me this package of “Aachener Kräuter Printinchen” telling me that I HAVE TO try them because they are delicious. I’m still not over this… Seriously… HE gave something to ME! That’s the very first time something like that happened to me.

(that was timo's present for me =D)

I of course thanked him and asked him then for an autograph and he signed one of the pictures I brought with me. But NOT only with “For Katrin, Timo”… like most other “celebrities” do or would to, he wrote a whole “novel” on it O__O this is sooooooooooooooooooooo awesome… really… I can’t believe how lucky I am… how lucky I am to be able to meet a man like Time… talk to him like that, have fun with him… and so on…

(Timo's Autograph for me =D & the ticket for the theatre =D)

He wrote “Dear Katrin! I’M happy that you like my work and it’s awesome that you took this very long journey to Aachen. All the best from me to you. Timo Hübsch”
This is the most personal autograph I’ve ever gotten and it means SOOOOOOOOOO much to me…

Timo and I talked for about an hour about SO many things until it was time to go for the both of us. I asked him for a photo with him and since it was okay for him, he took my digicam and tried to take a picture from the 2 of us *lol* But he had his finger in front of the flash, so his face was red *lol* So, he took another one, but because it was also not THIS “satisfying” we asked the waiter when he came to cash if he could take a picture of us… which he did… and it looks BEAUTIFUL… I love it… and if *I* say that, it REALLY means something… I normally don’t like pictures with me THIS much ;-)

(that was the picture Timo took with his finger on the flash-light *lol*)

(the picture Timo took with his hand NOT on the flash light *lol*)

(That was the picture the waiter took, and I absolutely love it... I REALLY really do... I think we both look good, don't we?)

After the picture was taken Timo decided that he wanted to pay my tea, so he invited me to the drink… isn’t this totally awesome? Isn’t HE totally awesome? ;-) he’s just absolutely great… nice… charming… just… I don’t know… a nice guy who REALLY grew on me during the time I was with him…

We then got up and took our jackets on and when he wanted to shake my hand for a good-bye I asked him if I may hug him. I NEVER did this before… I NEVER before asked someone if I can hug him so this was… I don’t know… I premiere. It just came over me. I then found myself in Timo’s embrace. It felt just great… and he smelled so good and I was in heaven. And it was the perfect ending for a perfect evening.

With another good-bye wave Timo went his way and I went mine. I took the bus to the main train station in Aachen and from there the train from Aachen to Cologne, where I had to wait for another 5 hours for my train to Vienna… it was HORRIBLE… 2nd night without sleep… and I already was exhausted at hell…

(the last train I had to get from Aachen to Cologne)

(me being exhausted like whoa... *lol*)

I went to McDonalds and sat there for nearly the whole time… ate some salad, drank some coffee. But it wasn’t a problem at all, because the McDonalds had open for 24 hours, so I could wait there and at least it was “heated”… so yes…

(eating and drinking around 1 in the morning *lol*)

When it finally was time I got to my platform and waited for my train and even if I only had to wait for about 15 minutes, it was like I have to freeze to death… SO cold… I was REALLY glad when the train arrived and I could get in… thinking I could get some sleep now… -.- another thing that did not happen because there was this baby… not even a year old, how cried and screamed nearly non-stop… I normally like kids, but after an eternity without sleep I got really angry and bitchy… I didn’t say anything at all, but I felt my anger growing stronger with every new cry of this baby… not even music was able to help… *sighs*

So yes… 2 nights without sleep and I’m exhausted like hell, but still it was SO worth it… it was worth every minute of it and even if I might never see Timo again: I would do it again ANYTIME… without a question… There are no words to describe how happy and thankful I still am, and I DEFINITELY know that he did not HAVE TO do this… even more happy makes me the fact that he might have liked me at least a little bit and enjoyed our talking as much as I did ;-) at least I hope he did!

It was just awesome… =D
